Shalini Rao is a Senior Research Associate in Prof. Jason Carroll’s laboratory at the CRUK Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on creating subtype-specific interactome maps of pancreatic cancer models to identify druggable transcription factors. She holds a PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Her expertise includes transcription factor biology, functional genomic approaches, and advanced in vivo cancer models, which she applies to the development and testing of novel therapeutic targets.
