Marionna Cathomas is currently a clinical fellow in pancreatic surgery at Heidelberg University Hospital, Germany. She completed her residency in general surgery at University Hospital Bern, Switzerland, and subsequently worked as an attending surgeon at Bantonal Hospital Baselland, Liestal, Switzerland. During her fellowship, she joined the pancreatic research group, focusing on multimodal treatment approaches for pancreatic cancer and the role of gut microbiota in pancreatic surgery.
