Maria Luisa Pagano has been coordinating the secretariat of Pancreatic Cancer Europe (PCE) since 2020. She has thirty years of experience in managing non-profit associations. During her professional career, she has acquired expertise in managing international projects supported by major European programmes such as Horizon, Erasmus+, Youth, Daphne, etc., as well as in training volunteers in the socio-cultural field and in continuing adult education, specialising in communication and intercultural learning, group management, social skills development and emotional intelligence. She has worked as a trainer and facilitator for the European Commission within the Erasmus+ programme and for large international associations in the field of education such as AFS (America Field Service) and ICYE (International Culture Youth Exchange). She collaborates with international training institutions such as the University of the Third Sector (UniTS) and ALP – Activating Leadership Potential.
