Letters of invitation
An invitation letter is required to apply for a visa. Upon request, invitation letters will be provided to the authors and presenters of accepted papers, posters, keynotes, tutorials, and panels, and to the 2nd Botton-Champalimaud International Pancreatic Cancer Conference (BCIPCC) attendees who have completed their registration and payment process.
After the registration and payment are completed, an invitation letter may be requested. With this letter, participants will be able to obtain a visa for the period of the 2nd Botton-Champalimaud International Pancreatic Cancer Conference (BCIPCC).
Accommodation
Special reduced hotel rates have been negotiated by the secretariat and will be available according with the hotels’ availability.
Rates do not include city tax, which is paid directly at the hotel during check-in.
Please note that October is high season in the city of Lisboa so you should book your accommodation as soon as possible.
There are an increasing number of fake websites claiming to offer hotel services.
We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams, and only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings.
